After spending 13 incredible years working in Primary Education—a journey that was both rewarding and inspiring—Nicola felt it was time for a change.

Three years ago, Nicola unexpectedly found herself stepping into the role of a private Carer. What began as a chance opportunity quickly revealed itself to be a deeply fulfilling career that perfectly balanced her professional aspirations with her commitment to being present for her family.

Nicola then discovered Mash and is now one of our Account Managers looking after some of our retained clients in order to find care staff. Her friendly and compassionate nature coupled with her understanding of the role makes her a fabulous account manager for our clients.
